You must minimally be a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with 10+ years post-articles experience, preferably within the property sector or a related asset-intensive environment. Strong technical accounting and IFRS expertise is essential, along with proven experience managing complex group structures, consolidations, and inter-company transactions. The role requires a hands-on finance leader who can oversee the full finance function, lead audit processes, manage and develop a finance team, and support the CFO with strategic financial reporting and analysis. This is a permanent position based in Durban.
