You must minimally have a relevant tertiary qualification in property management, business administration, hospitality, or a related field, with a few years of experience in property, hospitality, or operations coordination. Strong administrative, organisational, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and liaise with internal teams, operators, and external partners. The role requires someone who can support operational coordination, track property and precinct initiatives, assist with research and reporting, manage documentation, and ensure clear communication between stakeholders. Experience working within property, hotel operations, or large precinct environments would be advantageous. This is a permanent position based in Cape Town.
