About the Role

Surge Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for measuring and providing general commercial oversight on building projects throughout the greater Johannesburg area. This role offers the opportunity to work on prestigious projects with high-end finishes, where your expertise in cost control, project management, and quality assurance will be invaluable.

The position requires regular travel to various construction sites within the greater Johannesburg area, so flexibility and a proactive approach are essential.

Requirements

• Minimum National Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• At least 5 years' experience in measuring and general commercial oversight of building projects
• Proven experience with high-end finishes projects (preferred)
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites within the greater Johannesburg area
• Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen
