We're recruiting a highly experienced Contracts Director to lead contract management operations on mega-scale infrastructure projects in Durban.

About the Role

As Contracts Director, you will assume strategic responsibility for all contractual matters across multi-billion Rand infrastructure developments. This is a leadership position where you'll drive contract administration, manage stakeholder relationships, mitigate commercial risk, and ensure compliance across complex project portfolios. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping project outcomes and protecting organisational interests on some of South Africa's most significant road infrastructure initiatives.

Requirements

• National Diploma in Civil Engineering (minimum qualification)
• Minimum 25 years of professional experience in the construction and engineering sectors
• At least 15 years of demonstrable experience managing multi-billion Rand infrastructure projects
• Proven track record in national roads project delivery and contract management
• Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships at senior levels
