We're seeking an experienced Sectional Title Property Manager to join a leading property management environment in Cape Town and take control of multiple residential and commercial schemes.

About the Role

As a Sectional Title Property Portfolio Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of sectional title schemes. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating with trustees, residents, and service providers, preparing budgets, handling administrative matters, and ensuring schemes run smoothly in line with the Sectional Titles Act. You'll work with modern property management systems and take ownership of multiple schemes simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• 3–5 years' proven experience in Sectional Title Property Management
• Strong understanding of Sectional Title schemes, legislation, and property administration
• Proficiency with WeconnectU property management software
• Ability to compile and manage property budgets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple schemes and deadlines effectively
