Site Quantity Surveyor

Site Quantity Surveyor – Western Cape

We're seeking an experienced Site Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team in the Western Cape and take ownership of quantity surveying responsibilities on active building projects.

About the Role

As a Site Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing all quantity surveying duties on site, including cost control, contract administration, variation management, and progress reporting. You'll work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining accurate records and supporting commercial and financial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• National Diploma in Quantity Surveying (minimum)
• At least 3 years' experience on building projects
• Proficiency with CCS (Costings and Contract System)
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and cost management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
