About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive operational efficiency across our retail operations. You'll oversee day-to-day management, lead and develop high-performing teams, manage budgets strategically, and maintain strong contract relationships with vendors and service providers. This is a key leadership position where your expertise in facilities management and operational best practices will directly impact business performance.
Requirements
- 10 years' operational experience within retail or related sectors
- Minimum 5 years in a regional or super-regional management role
- Proven team management and leadership capabilities
- Facilities Management qualification or accreditation
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Demonstrated contract management expertise
- Engineering or Construction National Diploma (advantageous)
