We're seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a dynamic construction team in Johannesburg and lead the tendering process for high-value building projects.

About the Role

As Senior Estimator, you'll take ownership of the estimation and tendering function for building projects, bringing your expertise to ensure accurate costings, competitive bids, and successful project acquisitions. You'll work closely with project managers, site teams, and senior leadership to deliver robust estimates that drive business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience tendering on building projects
• Proven track record of successful estimates and tender submissions
• Proficiency in CSS (Cato Specialist Software)
• Proficiency in BuildSmart
• Strong analytical and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
