About the Role

As Sectional Title Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a portfolio of sectional title properties, HOAs, and Bodies Corporate. Your key duties will include:

• Managing day-to-day operations of assigned sectional title schemes
• Liaising with owners, trustees, and service providers
• Handling financial administration and levy collections
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and scheme rules
• Attending body corporate meetings and providing professional support
• Resolving disputes and addressing owner concerns promptly

Requirements

• Minimum two years' experience managing sectional title, HOA, or Body Corporate portfolios
• Fluent in English; Afrikaans speaking is an advantage
• WeconnectU certification or experience
• Own reliable transport
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Knowledge of sectional title legislation and best practices
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office
• Professional approach and excellent customer service orientation
