Contracts Manager – Namibia

We're seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a dynamic project team in Namibia for an exciting 18-month contract with extension potential.

About the Role

As Contracts Manager, you'll take ownership of all contractual matters on a significant civil engineering or railway project. You'll manage contract administration, risk mitigation, stakeholder relations, and ensure compliance with project agreements. This role is critical to project success and offers the opportunity to make a real impact on a substantial infrastructure initiative.

Requirements

• Strong contractual background with demonstrated experience in FIDIC or NEC contract frameworks
• Minimum 10 years' experience in civil engineering or railway projects
• National Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Professional Registration (preferred)

What We're Looking For

You'll be a detail-oriented professional with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Your ability to interpret complex contracts, manage disputes, and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders will be essential. You should be proactive, organised, and capable of working independently in a demanding environment.
