About the Role

We're seeking two experienced Property Managers to join a dynamic property management team in Pretoria, overseeing retail portfolios and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing retail properties with excellence, handling tenant relations, maintenance coordination, financial management, and ensuring properties operate efficiently and profitably. You'll work with a supportive team and have the opportunity to make a real impact on property performance and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Property Manager on retail portfolios
• Strong knowledge of property management practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in property management systems and software
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively
• Sound financial acumen and budget management skills
• MRI experience is advantageous (preference given to candidates with this qualification)
• Based in Pretoria (preference given to local candidates)
