About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Asphalt Foreman to lead crews and manage operations on road rehabilitation and maintenance projects across Gauteng and surrounding areas.

As Asphalt Foreman, you'll be responsible for supervising and coordinating all asphalt-related activities on site. You'll manage crew productivity, ensure quality standards are met, operate and oversee associated asphalt equipment, and maintain safety protocols throughout project execution. Your leadership will be critical in delivering projects on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years experience running crews on road rehabilitation and maintenance projects
• Extensive knowledge of asphalt equipment and operations
• Proven track record in crew management and supervision
• Strong understanding of road rehabilitation and maintenance methodologies
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Valid driver's licence
• Health and Safety certifications (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
