Contracts Manager

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a dynamic team in Limpopo, taking full ownership of contract management across civil infrastructure and structural projects.

About the Role

As Contracts Manager, you will oversee all contractual aspects of civil infrastructure and structural works, ensuring compliance, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving project success from contract inception through to completion. You'll work with senior management and site teams to safeguard company interests while maintaining strong client partnerships.

Requirements

• B-Tech or BSc in Engineering
• 15 years of relevant experience in the civil engineering or construction sector
• Minimum 5 years in a Contracts Manager or similar senior contracts role
• Proven experience managing contracts on civil infrastructure and structural projects
• Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and compliance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
