Production Manager

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee quality and logistics operations for major road infrastructure projects in Limpopo. This is a hands-on leadership position where your expertise will directly shape project success and drive operational excellence.

You'll manage production workflows, ensure rigorous quality standards, coordinate logistics across multiple sites, and lead teams to deliver world-class road infrastructure outcomes. This role demands someone who thrives in fast-paced, complex project environments and brings a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget.

Requirements

• National Diploma in Civil Engineering (minimum)
• At least 20 years of hands-on experience in quality oversight and logistics management
• Demonstrated expertise on major road infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proven ability to manage production schedules and logistics coordination
• Knowledge of road construction standards and compliance requirements
