Finishing Foreman

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to lead and manage high-end finishing operations on a construction project in Polokwane.

About the Role

As Finishing Foreman, you will oversee all finishing work on site, ensuring quality standards are maintained to the highest level. You'll manage a team of finishing specialists, coordinate workflow, conduct quality inspections, and liaise with project management to ensure timely completion of all finishing activities. Your expertise will be critical in delivering premium finishes that meet client expectations and project specifications.

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years experience in high-end finishes
• Proven track record managing finishing teams on construction projects
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent supervisory and communication skills
• Valid South African driver's license
