We are looking for an experienced Site Agent (Finishes) to oversee high-end finishing work on a major project in Polokwane.

About the Role

As Site Agent (Finishes), you will be responsible for managing all finishing phases of construction on site. You will coordinate with trades, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain project timelines. Your expertise in high-end finishes will be critical to delivering excellence on this large-scale development. You will report to the Site Manager and liaise with the design team, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution of all finishing works.

Requirements

• National Diploma in Building or related field (minimum)
• Proven experience on large projects with a focus on high-end finishes
• Strong knowledge of finishing specifications and quality standards
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and contractors
• Sound understanding of construction schedules and project management
