Sectional Title Property Admin

We're seeking an experienced Sectional Title Property Administrator to join our Cape Town team and manage the administrative operations of sectional title properties.

About the Role

As a Sectional Title Property Administrator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administrative management of sectional title schemes. Your role will encompass managing body corporate records, coordinating with trustees and residents, processing applications, maintaining compliance documentation, and ensuring smooth administrative operations across assigned properties. You'll liaise with service providers, manage communication channels, and support the overall governance of the schemes under your management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sectional Title property administration
  • Sound knowledge of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act
  • Experience with MDA (an advantage)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties
  • Professional demeanour and integrity
