Property & Maintenance Manager

Are you an experienced Property & Maintenance professional looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a driven individual with a strong background in property operations and maintenance management to oversee a diverse commercial property portfolio in Cape Town.

About the Role

As Property & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations and maintenance across a commercial portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Property and facilities management oversight
  • Maintenance planning and contractor management
  • Tenant liaison and relationship management
  • Budgeting and cost control
  • Compliance, occupational health & safety, and risk management
  • Supplier and SLA management
  • Building inspections and quality control
  • Team leadership and reporting

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing commercial property portfolios
  • Strong maintenance and facilities management knowledge
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Organised, proactive, and solutions-driven approach
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and contractors simultaneously
