We're looking for an experienced Site Agent to take charge of critical mine infrastructure projects in Gauteng.

About the Role

As Site Agent, you'll be responsible for day-to-day site management and supervision on mine infrastructure projects. You'll coordinate teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and drive project delivery on schedule. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will directly impact project success. This is a 12-month limited duration contract with the prospect of permanent employment.

Requirements

• National Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 7 years' experience on mine infrastructure projects
• Strong proficiency in Construction Compliance Solutions (CCS)
• Proven site management and team leadership experience
• Knowledge of mining safety standards and regulations
• Experience managing large tailings dam projects (preferred)
• Professional registration with ECSA or similar body (preferred)
