About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and professional Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential estates and properties in the Durban North area. You will be responsible for managing multiple properties, ensuring compliance with all regulations, maintaining property standards, and delivering exceptional service to residents and stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on community living standards while leading a team and managing substantial budgets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Property Management of Estates, Sectional Titles, and/or HOA (Homeowners' Associations)
• Strong knowledge of sectional title legislation and estate management best practices
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets, financial records, and tenant relationships effectively
• Proficiency with property management software and systems
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
• Professional demeanour with strong problem-solving abilities
• Relevant qualification in Property Management or related field (advantageous)
