We're seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead concrete works and labour management on a significant bridge project in Nigeria.

About the Role

As General Foreman, you'll take technical oversight of all concrete works, ensuring strict health and safety compliance while managing and developing local labour teams. This is a hands-on leadership position where your expertise will directly impact project quality and safety standards on a major infrastructure development.

Requirements

• Minimum 20 years experience in construction/civil engineering
• Minimum 5 years direct experience on major bridge projects
• Proven expertise in concrete works technical management
• Strong health and safety knowledge and compliance track record
• Labour management and team leadership experience
• Expat work experience preferred

What's On Offer

Salary negotiable based on experience. The employer covers all travel arrangements, including 3 return flights, plus full accommodation throughout your assignment.
