Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
• Minimum 15+ years of finance management experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the property sector
• Proven ability to manage and lead finance teams
• Strong financial reporting and analysis skills
• Solid understanding of property sector operations and compliance requirements
