About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a dynamic construction team in Pretoria. If you're a seasoned construction professional with strong site management credentials and a passion for delivering excellence, this could be your next opportunity.

As Site Agent, you'll oversee daily site operations, manage labour and materials, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and ensure projects run smoothly within budget and schedule. You'll be the driving force on site, maintaining quality standards, safety compliance, and positive stakeholder relationships.

Key Requirements

• National Diploma in Civil Engineering (minimum)
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Agent
• Strong knowledge of site management practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in site documentation and reporting
• Valid driver's licence
• CCS experience (preferred)
• Bridge construction experience (preferred)

You have proven experience managing sites of varying complexity, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within specification. Your attention to detail, combined with your ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders, makes you stand out.
