Debt Collector / Credit Controller Requirements:
You must have proven previous experience in debt collection, preferably within the property environment. Experience working on MRI Property Central (previously MDA) is essential. You must have strong reconciliation skills using Excel, excellent communication skills (both telephonic and email), and the ability to meet strict deadlines while reporting to the Group Financial Manager.
The role involves monthly arrears reporting and managing a debtors book of approximately R68 million, covering 240,000m² Gross Lettable Area. You must have your own transport and must be willing to work standard office hours from Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 17h00.
