Are you a hands-on Maintenance Manager with strong technical skills and experience in tenant installations, repairs, and general maintenance? We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee maintenance requirements, manage tenant installations, and deliver a wide range of technical and handyman solutions at a premium property in Parktown.

About the Role

This is a confidential opportunity for a practical, solutions-driven Maintenance Manager who takes pride in ensuring properties and facilities are maintained to the highest standard. You will oversee and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities, manage tenant installations and fit-outs, and handle technical tasks including electrical work, plumbing, welding, and general repairs. Your troubleshooting expertise and hands-on approach will be key to identifying issues quickly and implementing effective solutions, whilst coordinating contractors and service providers where necessary.

Requirements

• Matric certificate
• Relevant tertiary or technical qualification
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Proven experience with tenant installations and fit-outs
• Practical knowledge of electrical work, plumbing, welding, and general repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
• Must reside within a 30 km radius of Parktown, Johannesburg

What's on Offer

A competitive salary package of R360,000 – R480,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
