Asset Manager

Asset Manager Requirements:
You must minimally carry a tertiary qualification in Property Studies or related, and you must have at least 5 years’ experience as an Asset Manager across commercial, retail, or industrial sectors. You must have strong financial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work strategically to maximize returns on the allocated property portfolio. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile stakeholders are essential. Those with a proven track record of exceeding performance targets and who are based in Cape Town will take preference. This is a permanent role.
