We're seeking an organised and detail-oriented Fleet and Plant Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Johannesburg and take control of equipment operations and maintenance.

About the Role

As Fleet and Plant Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the daily operations, maintenance schedules, and deployment of fleet and plant equipment. You'll work closely with site teams and management to ensure all machinery is well-maintained, compliant with safety standards, and available when needed. This role demands strong organisational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in fleet management, plant coordination, or equipment maintenance
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering or construction plant and equipment
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in fleet management systems and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's licence
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Knowledge of maintenance schedules, safety compliance, and equipment compliance requirements
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
