Commercial Manager (Major Roads Projects)

We're seeking an exceptionally experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations on major roads infrastructure projects in Namibia.

About the Role

As Commercial Manager, you will take full oversight of all commercial aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects. You'll manage contract administration, financial control, claims management, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring projects remain profitable and compliant. This is a leadership position requiring strategic thinking, robust negotiation skills, and deep expertise in major project delivery.

Requirements

• B-Tech in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification (minimum)
• Minimum 25 years' experience on major infrastructure projects
• Minimum 5 years in the capacity of Commercial Manager with full project oversight
• Proven track record managing commercial aspects of large-scale roads or construction projects
• Strong contract management and claims administration experience
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
• Financial acumen and project cost control expertise
• Ability to work in remote or challenging project environments
