Assistant Acquisitions and Disposals Analyst Requirements:
You must minimally carry a BSc or BCom in Property Studies, or be a Candidate CA/CA. Those with a master's degree in Property Studies or Finance will be given preference. You must have 3-5 years of experience in property acquisitions, disposals, or commercial real estate analysis, along with a solid understanding of legal contracts and property transaction processes. A high level of financial acumen is essential, including the ability to interpret income statements and balance sheets, construct detailed cash flows, and apply financial modelling concepts such as NPV and IRR. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must and familiarity with financial modelling software will be beneficial. The role requires a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. This is a 6-month fixed contract.
