Commercial Manager

A dynamic Commercial Manager is sought to lead commercial operations on a major infrastructure project in Lesotho.

About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee all commercial aspects of a significant infrastructure project. In this role, you will manage contracts, cost control, commercial negotiations, and claims management. You will work closely with project teams to ensure commercial objectives are met whilst maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to drive commercial excellence on a project of scale and complexity.

Requirements

• National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (minimum)
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in the built environment or infrastructure sectors
• At least 5 years' experience in a Commercial Manager role on major infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, or equivalent)
• Proven expertise in contract management, cost control, and commercial negotiations
• Strong knowledge of claims management and commercial risk mitigation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote or challenging project environment
• Valid driver's licence
