We're looking for an experienced Senior Roads & Earthworks Foreman to lead and oversee major infrastructure projects in the Eastern Cape.

About the Role

As Senior Roads & Earthworks Foreman, you'll take charge of on-site operations for significant roads and earthworks projects. You'll be responsible for supervising teams, ensuring quality standards, managing schedules, and maintaining safety compliance across all project activities. Your expertise and leadership will be critical in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Minimum 25 years of experience on major roads and earthworks projects
• Proven track record in site supervision and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of roads construction methods, equipment, and best practices
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and protocols
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Sound communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
