Contracts Manager – Zambia

We're seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract administration and management on a major mining infrastructure project in Zambia.

About the Role

As Contracts Manager, you'll oversee all contractual matters, manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, and ensure compliance with project terms and conditions. You'll play a pivotal role in protecting project interests, managing contract variations, and driving timely resolution of disputes. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong negotiation skills and strategic contract oversight on a large-scale mining operation.

Requirements

• National Diploma in Civil Engineering (minimum)
• At least 10 years' experience in a Contracts Manager role
• Minimum 5 years managing large infrastructure projects on mines
• Proven expat experience (preferred)
• Strong contract administration and negotiation skills
• Experience with mining sector protocols and compliance requirements
• Ability to work on an 8/2 week rotation basis
