We're seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead earthworks operations on a major infrastructure project in Zambia. This is your opportunity to apply decades of expertise on a significant assignment with an attractive roster.

About the Role

As General Foreman, you will oversee all earthworks activities and manage on-site teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. You'll be responsible for coordinating daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and liaising with senior management on large-scale infrastructure developments. This role operates on a 2 months on / 2 weeks off rotation.

Requirements

• Matric qualification (essential)
• Minimum 20 years' experience on major infrastructure projects
• Proven track record with large dams and/or tailings facilities
• Demonstrated site leadership and team management capabilities
• Expat experience and mining sector exposure (strongly preferred)
• Sound knowledge of earthworks best practices and safety protocols
• Ability to work effectively in remote locations
