Estimator – Sandton

We're looking for an experienced Estimator to join our client's team in Sandton and deliver accurate, competitive cost estimates for civil infrastructure projects.

About the Role

As an Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for civil infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with project teams to analyse project specifications, quantify materials and labour, and develop competitive bids that align with company objectives. Your expertise will be critical in winning work and ensuring project profitability from the outset.

Requirements

• National Diploma (minimum qualification)
• At least 5 years' initial experience on site in civil construction or related fields
• At least 5 recent years' experience in estimating on civil infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and labour rates
• Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office suite
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
