Site Quantity Surveyor – Cape Town

We're recruiting an experienced Site Quantity Surveyor for a leading building contractor based in Cape Town. This is a key position offering the opportunity to manage measurements and commercial matters on significant building projects.

About the Role

As Site Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive measurements and commercial support on building works. You'll work closely with project teams to ensure accurate cost control, variation management, and commercial administration throughout the project lifecycle. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

Requirements

• National Diploma (minimum qualification)
• Minimum 5 years' experience on building projects with contractors
• Proficiency in measurements and commercial support on building works
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control
• Candidates residing in the Western Cape will be given preference
