Project Manager – Fixed Term Contract

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple estate projects and manage tender processes for a dynamic property development portfolio.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term contract position running for 4–6 months, based at a premier estate development. You will oversee the management of approximately 6 major projects currently in progress, whilst simultaneously preparing and coordinating the tender process for an additional 6 upcoming projects. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and can deliver results under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience in construction, property development, or related sectors
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Strong experience with project tendering processes and vendor coordination
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to work on a fixed-term contract basis (4–6 months)
