Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead property management operations across an industrial portfolio in Cape Town.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of industrial properties and portfolios. This is a strategic role where you'll ensure operational excellence, maintain tenant relationships, manage budgets, and drive efficiency across all property operations. You'll work closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional service while optimising property performance and profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in property operations management
• BSc in Property Studies or related qualification
• Proven experience managing industrial properties and portfolios
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
